Softeron-Z Capsule contains Ferrous fumarate (Iron). docusate sodium. copper sulphate and Folic Acid (vitamin B9). The Iron in Softeron-Z transports oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells. thus making an individual feel energetic. Softeron-Z helps in preventing anaemia. Folic acid in Softeron-Z uses are numerous, from bodily functions ranging from nucleotide biosynthesis to the remethylation of homocysteine. Softeron-Z is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults require folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and prevent anemia.  Constipation.  diarrhea . stomach . cramps. or upset stomach may occur with iron supplements. So to avoid constipation docusate sodium has been added in Softeron-Z. Soteron-Z uses docusate sodium, a stool softener that relieves  occasional constipation (irregularity) and generally produces a bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours. Softeron-Z capsule is used for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Iron deficiency due to chronic blood loss or low intake of iron. Iron deficiency anaemia and nutritional anaemia that occurs especially during pregnancy and lactation.   Use under Softeron-Z medical supervision.
