Medial Epicondylitis is a type of tendinitis which affects the inside of the elbow. It is developed where the tendons in the forearm muscle connect to the bony part on the inside of the elbow. It is also referred to as ‘golfer’s elbow’, although it doesn’t only affect golfers.

It is a rare condition and occurs in only about 0.4 % of the population [1]
