Treatment:

Self-care:
Pain may be due to injuries from any physical activity. In such cases, the pain subsides on its own. Fissures generally heal on their own over time. Hemorrhoids can be managed with self-care by making dietary changes and taking rest.

Medication:
In the case of the following disorders, medication is prescribed according to the condition
Anal Fistula: Antibiotics may help treat this condition, draining may be required if detected in the later stages.
Inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn’s disease are chronic, treatments can help relieve the symptoms.
Other less common causes include Proctalgia Fugax, levator ani syndrome, bone-related disorders or cancer of the lower rectum, which requires specific treatment.
