Though a woman doesn’t look pregnant, pregnancy hormone levels rise rapidly, and the uterus begins to grow in size to accommodate the developing baby.

Morning sickness, light headedness, frequent urination, constipation, abdominal cramps, spotting, fatigue, and mood swings.
Self-care: A healthy diet is recommended. Eat small meals often to keep blood sugar levels steady and cut down on caffeine.
